Fergus, ON… Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OB/GYN) Dr. Rafik Daihoum has recently joined the Groves Memorial Community Hospital team and Riverside Medical Group.
Dr. Daihoum has opened his practice in Centre Wellington and will work alongside Dr. Jessica Rollings-Scattergood (OB/GYN) and Dr. Dan Reilly (OB/GYN). His office is in the Trailside Medical Centre – Riverside Medical Group in Fergus. Patients without a local family doctor do not require a referral and call his office for an appointment at (519) 787-7418. Patients younger than 20 do not need a family doctor referral can call the office directly.
Along with his new practice, Dr. Daihoum has joined the Groves Memorial Community Hospital obstetrical team and will deliver newborns and offer specialized gynecological care to women.
Dr. Daihoum gained valuable experience practicing in Cape Town and Durban, South Africa. He is passionate about improving the lives and health of women through excellence and patient care. “I like to take a collaborative, team approach when working with my patients,” explains Dr. Daihoum. “This is the cornerstone of good medicine and is particularly important in this field of specialty.” Dr. Daihoum lives in Centre Wellington with his wife and two children.
